Since being hired in early 2019 to work in QA, I continuously grow and expand my tool set by learning from every experience that has been offered to me at Grease Monkey Games.
During my time with this incredible company, I have travelled overseas on multiple occasions to represent Grease Monkey Games in corporate meetings with Redbull, Ford, Toyota and Microsoft, and had the opportunity to continuously work with talented people.
From seizing every opportunity, learning from each new experience and utilising valuable feedback, I have achieved success and proudly hold the title of producer at Grease Monkey Games.
My responsibilities
Level design: building and implementing new content, including over 15 tracks with over 60 layouts.
Team management: managing a team, sprint planning, task management and running daily meetings. Helping to ensure we deliver the product on time.
Designing & implementing features: writing up documents for colleagues from other areas to follow. Directing how tools, and other systems are designed for use within Unity.
Design and Implementation of a new FTUE system: Torque Drift’s on boarding system was average when I joined the team. Since I have began designing a new FTUE system, using dialogue, voice over and narrative based teaching.
High level production duties: acquiring licensing rights from brands such as Ford, Toyota, BMW and Mazda.
Representing Torque Drift overseas: travelling overseas to represent the company at events such as; Tokyo Game Show and Formula Drift Irwindale.
Working with the community: hosting live streams with players on Twitch, as well as assisting in running in game tournaments.
